KEAUHOU KONA YACHT CLUB

January 2012 Menu

  • Please indicate “Special”, “Hotel Menu” or “Salad” when calling in your reservation (322-6672).
  • Drinks can be purchased from the bar; there is a $10 corkage fee for BYOB
  • Members are kindly asked to bus their own tables and return our KKYC dishes and silverware to the evening's designated spot.
  • Cover Charge if ordering from the Hotel menu; $3 on Tuesdays and $5 on Fridays.
  

TUESDAY:  Cocktails at 5:30 – Dinner at 6:30 PM.

Specials:  $10.00 for members, $12 for guests; Salads only:  $5 for members, $6 for guests.

Jan 3         Teriyaki Salmon with wasabi tartar sauce, fried rice and salad.

Jan 10       BBQ pork ribs, salad greens, apple slaw, potato salad.

Jan 17       Macadamia Nut cashew Chicken stir-fry, jasmine rice, crispy
                 noodle salad

 

Jan 24       Tiger Shrimp in green sauce, rice pilaf, roasted vegetables, and salad

 

Jan 31       Taco Bar Night!  Two choices of beef, chicken or seafood

FRIDAY:  Cocktails at 5:30 – Dinner at 7:00 PM.  Music provided by Peter for your dancing pleasure!Specials:  $15 for members, $18 for guests; Salads only:  $8 for members, $10 for guests.
 

Jan 6         Mushroom chicken breast marsala, pasta, veggies and farm salad

Jan 13       CHANGE OF WATCH PARTY!                                  
                 Make reservations on the answering machine ONLY!
                 No reservations taken at dinners!
                 Payment due with the Treasurer no later than Thursday,
                 January 12, 2012.

                 $25 for members, $30 for guests.  Maximum 85 people so sign up
                 early!

Jan 20      Blackened mahi mahi on pasta with bacon blue cheese cream
                sauce, vegetables and salad greens

Jan 27      LOCATION CHANGE:  KAHALU’U BALLROOM 1

                Roasted prime rib of beef, sautéed mushrooms and onions,
                potatoes, au jus, vegetables, salad

                Braised boneless beef short ribs, sweet potato, sautéed bok choy  
                cabbage, salad
